She knew how to assemble, warm and present at least 15 different types of dishes that our guests brought to the dinner. With Vicki in the kitchen, I could enjoy our guests without a bit of worry. A big thank you to Ronnie also who helped Vicki and also tended to the bar. Ronnie was always one step ahead of wherever we needed help. Not only were they diligent in performing their duties, they were polite, thoughtful and anticipated my guests needs. Patrick displayed full knowledge of "running" the party. Linda and Clark were delightful. My guests emailed me yesterday to comment on the food and staff. They were very impressed. I cannot thank you enough. I was able to speak with my guests and enjoy the affair. I hope that we were not to loud during the Kentucky Derby... She is wonderful and I wouldn't consider having the party without her. She carved the turkey and the ham, prepared the rolls and condiments and set them out on the table along with cheese/crackers and crudite trays. Then she managed to get all those hot hors d'ouevres served, cleared and served all evening long. There was never a moment when food wasn't there for the guests nor were empty trays left. While we sang and visited with Santa, Kate cleared and cleaned and set out all the desserts the guests brought. Leftovers were wrapped and the kitchen was left sparkling clean! We love throwing this party and would never do it without Kate's help. She's part of our Christmas magic every year. Thanks Cheers! And have a merry Christmas. Ho ho ho...
